Besser spät als nie, bin aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht dazu gekommen das Blog früher einzustellen. Des weiteren ist dieser Eintrag auch wieder nicht von mir, da ich dem Weinabend leider, leider wieder nicht beiwohnen konnte. Ich gelobe den Versuch der Besserung.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, im Holzfass gereift, 0,75l/Fl., 14% Vol.,
Silberne Kammerpreismünze Landesprämierung, Preis/Flasche 6,70€
Urteil: „Dezent nach Holz und gleichzeitig fruchtig, kurzer Abgang“ Zitat Sterry. Zitat Marc „mit jedem Schluck besser“. „Untypisch für einen C.S. , da aus Deutschland und trotz seiner Frucht nicht so beerig im Geschmack“ Zitat Carsten. „Verbal nicht zu erläutern, aber gut“ Zitat Ron.

Tester des Monats und eine Spende von Marc
Weingut Emmrich Montigny, Bad Kreuznach, Nahe
Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique 2003, 13% Vol., Preis/Flasche 12,00€
Urteil : „Fruchtig nach Erdbeeren und nicht übertrieben nach Barrique im Geschmack.“ Zitat Marc und Carsten.
„Kräftig aber nicht aufdringlich“ Zitat Ron.
„Etwas zu schlabbrig, eher leicht und dünn im Geschmack und Intensität“ Zitat Daniel. Meiner Meinung nach trockener als der erste Wein und daher längerer Abgang.
4. Wein
Cimarosa Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 Reserva Privada, Central Valley Chile,
14% Vol., Preis/Flasche 5,00€
Urteil: Sehr intensiv im Bouquet und Alkoholempfinden.
3 Weine, die selbe Traube, aber jeder für sich ganz anders im Geschmack. In allen 3 Weinen fanden wir, dass der typische Cabernet-Sauvignon-Geschmack, wie von einem Italiener z.B., fehlte. Aber eben drumm macht dieses den Weingenuss so interessant.
